trading policies + procedures
all of my proof of trades, delivered packages, GOs, + sales can be found on my instagram highlights ♡.i am not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen mail.**
at the moment: transactions within the USA or CAN 🇺🇸🇨🇦 ONLY.
PRE-TRADE:
- if you do not have at least 15 legitimate proof of valid + successful prior trades, i ask that you send yours out first.
- please send a flash video of the trading item(s) w/your username(s) on a physical note in the background. please disclose any defects. i will do the same! i also provide pictures of the front/back.PROCESS:
- before sending the trade out, please send me a picture of the envelope for address accuracy verification, first!
- **i always package my trades with care, weather, handling, + transport process in mind. i please ask that you do the same on your end. → (penny sleeves/protective plastic sheet + top loader + please washi tape the top of the toploader. ✶ sturdy cardstock/non-pleated cardboard or large toploader if item is big).
- send video proof of you dropping the mail off/into the mailbox, making my name, address, + the stamp clear/visible.
- i'm okay w/you using your personal mailbox, but please send proof + inform me when it is picked up.- when you receive mail from me, please let me know by either DM'ing me about it (include a picture if you can, please), or tagging me in a post so i can add it to my proof highlight. unless we've already traded before, DM me a skateboard emoji or a meme if you've read these policies thru.
- (for IG trades only): when i receive mail from you, i will tag you on my story via my backup account: @xneogyeom.

- when inquiring about a trade, we are not bound to trade until mailing addresses are exchanged.
- if addresses are not exchanged within 24 hours, + you ghost me, i will begin searching for new trades.
- i never write @'s on envelopes. i always send individual video proof of drop-offs. i personally do not mind you putting my @ on the envelope, nor do i mind you writing my mailing address name in the note.
- i'm pretty lenient with all these policies if i trust you enough. i've just typed this all out to help filter out time-wasters.
- i always shred envelopes after opening mail.
- with USPS delays, i usually wait a whole month before i get worried about stamped mail arriving. therefore i hope you practice patience, respect, understanding, + leniency w/me + mail workers, as well as w/other people in the trading/selling community.
- if a month+ has passed by, i will be more than willing to file a usps missing mail search request.
- 99.98% of the time, i don't reuse greeting cards given to me. they go straight into the recycling bin, so don't worry about writing on it.

PAYMENT:
- please let me know your preferred method of payment. i only take venmo (preferred), cashapp, or paypal friends&family. i absolutely do not take cc/concealed cash.
- if paying with venmo, please either pay with the "private" setting or DM me your venmo username.
- if paying with paypal, please do not pay with the "goods & services" setting.
- please DM/send me a screenshot of your payment confirmation.PROCESS:
- i will send flash video + pictures of the front+back of the item(s) for sale. i will disclose any existing defects if applicable.
- before sending out, i will take a picture of the envelope for you to verify if i wrote your address correctly. for tracked items i will ask for address accuracy verification before printing the label. i will never send out before you confirm for accuracy.
- i never write @'s on envelopes. i always drop mail+small packages in blue usps mailboxes. i always send individual video proof of envelope/letter drop-offs. if your item is tracked, i will provide you with your tracking # once i print the label.- when you receive mail from me, please let me know by either DM'ing me about it (include a picture if you can, please), or tagging me in a post so i can add it to my sales proof highlight.
